I am a college student and sometimes classes get the best of me and my workout and diet take a backseat to everything else.
I'm 22 yrs old, live in the Bay Area, vegetarian. I just graduated college this past May and started working this August. I'm pretty healthy overall but can see myself falling into some unhealthy habits/traps after starting work as a result of being busy/making excuses. i'm hoping the accountability part of this thing helps me to get back on track & stick w/ it.
I am married, and have 2 daughters. I have been a yo-yo dieter since I was 11. That was a LONG time ago.... I recently lost 36 lbs. And with the exception of the above mentioned 7 lbs, I have managed to maintain the weight loss.
