I am 36, happily married to a Marathon runner and have a 1 year old daughter. I am planning another pregnancy in about 6 months and would like to lose the weight so that my next pregnancy is more comfortable than my first was. I would also like to be happier about my body and have more energy.

Im a 25 year old young woman who is tired of being overweight and has realized that I can use all the help I can get. Was chubby most of my life lost a lot of weight at one point and concidered that time the best years of my life.. Just want to be truly happy again....
