I have always been active and know that I am in the real world working full-time and enjoying being married it is hard for me to have a regular work-out schedule.

Orignally from Pennsyvlania, moved to Austin two years ago. married and have step-son. studies engineering. math tutoring for deaf students in Riverside.

I'm a full-time state employee and attend ACC part time. I have been going to ACC off and on for 10 years. I love it! But just recently starting getting into the importance of fitness. Maybe because I’m older and forgetting stuff???? Anyways, I took a Psych class last year, and what I got out of it was the importance of exercise for the mind and body.
