ALL are welcome to this group. I am a personal trainer and fitness coach and I LOVE putting together activities and workouts for groups of women(men too !) I lost 70 pounds a few years back and am just looking to lose 10.I am a great motivator but its gets lonely being the only cheerleader. Im looking forward to making new friends that can do more than just go out and EAT!!
