I have been in the fitness industry for 36 years and an adjunct faculty member of ACC for 23 years. I received my BFA in Dance from the University of Texas in 1985 and have several national certifications for Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Yoga. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified. I LIVE TO WORK OUT!!! I am also a HUGE animal lover and currently have 3 dogs, 5 cats, and an african water frog. Oh, and I love wine.

I am 22 and attending Texas State University in San Marcos. I have lived in Austin for about 3 years and have grown to really love the city. I really enjoy Aerobics and I thought that this class would be a fun way to get fit and meet new people.
