I have been in the fitness industry for 36 years and an adjunct faculty member of ACC for 23 years. I received my BFA in Dance from the University of Texas in 1985 and have several national certifications for Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Yoga. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified. I LIVE TO WORK OUT!!! I am also a HUGE animal lover and currently have 3 dogs, 5 cats, and an african water frog. Oh, and I love wine.

I have lived in Austin for about 1.5year with my husband. We are from East Texas and were transfered to Austin. I work at Bellingrath Optics as a optician, and taking courses at ACC and Texas State for my BA in Early Childhood Education.

I am 21 years old and I work part time and I am taking 18 hours this semester. I was born in Ausitn Texas and have lived here all my life. I married my highschool sweetheart and we have been married for three years now. I want to be healthier that is why I joined.

I am married with two kids. I work full time and I am taking 7 hours this semester. I enjoy being active and doing things to. My favorite thing to do is play softball.
