I thought I would update this today. I am now 48 years old and employed. I have a very sedentary job at a hospital. Low stress, except for the drive to and from work.

I am 37 (about to be 38), have a 6 year old daughter and have a fun but demanding job in Human Resources Management. I love to eat and drink wine but need to get back to a weight I am comfortable with. I am a lifetime Weight Watcher but always seem to gain weight when I am not paying attention.
