Profile: This is a team for those who follow the fundamentals of weight watchers and want to make a ton of progress between now and Dec 31st! Instead of making a New Years resolution, we will all be celebrating our progress.

I thought that when I got to 51 I would have figured out how to maintain my weight and stay active and healthy. It's not that easy!! I work out regularly and try to eat well by the weight crept up. This winter a co-worker and I each lost 25 pounds. I'm determined to keep it off this time.


24, single, and need to stop gaining weight! I lost 40 pounds on WW from Jan 04-July 04, kept off until Jan of 2005, gained 30 pounds back in about 2 months from thyroid disorder and medication changes in which I really didn't try to do (really!). Since summer of 05, I have gained another 20 pounds gradually from poor eating habits and stress of life. I hate it.


I'm a 25 yr old female in TX, I recently became interested in running a marathon. I work at a hospital, live w/ my bf of 5 years.


35 married with two kids. Just graduated with my MBA (this week)! Feel like I have the time now to focus on personal health goals.
