I'm 32, and have gained and lost the same stupid 20-30 pounds several times now. Working on getting it back off again and keeping it off by eating right and exercising...what a novel concept!

I'm an off again/on again WW alum who understands the general concept of WW but doesn't want to take the time to fill out those journals every single day...so I try to eat right and exercise. Now that it's getting cooler here in the ATL, I can head back outdoors to do my biking, walking and horseback riding in lieu of the boring gym.
