I have a lot of arthritis and joint pain. I have lost 50 pounds since Dec., 2004, but am stuck right now with another 20 pounds to go. That extra weight has to go!
I'm a 27 year old non-profit professional. Had a weight problem all my life, and lost about 40 pounds in India one year. Came bacl to the states and the weight is creeping on again. I'd say I have 20-30 pounds to lose before I'm comfortable. Don't want to be skinny, just strong and healthy.
