Goals: |
1. To actively participate. As a team, just like sports, we count on each other to reach our goal.
2. To support each other with encouiraging comments.
3. To log our food and exercise.
4. To be honest with ourselves about what we eat, good or bad. Because this is how we will reveal our habits and can strive to make healthier ones.
5. To be healthy and fit. - The number on the scale is only part of the equation. We want to feel great.
