28 yr old in OH who's gained 30 lbs in the past few yrs. WW 1st timer, love good food (and tasty doesn't always equal healthy, argh!) and add to that a bf who's a professional trained chef. i enjoy tennis/golfing/arts
I am a grad student needing some support with my weight loss goals. I have used WW successfully in the past, but would rather not spend the money on it right now!
I work on the Microsoft campus, so I am constantly surrounded by a fast-food collegiate atmosphere. It doesn't help that there are free soda machines everywhere, refrigerators with free chocolate milk in them, and free office food every day. I've never been a skinny guy. I have been into heavy weightlifting, so I'm not very fat either. I just have an extra 20-25 pounds sitting on me that is a combination of fat and muscle.
