I am a 27 year old Massage Practitioner. I really am looking to stay consistent with what I am putting in my body. I love whole foods and the outdoors.

I'm 22 yrs old, live in the Bay Area, vegetarian. I just graduated college this past May and started working this August. I'm pretty healthy overall but can see myself falling into some unhealthy habits/traps after starting work as a result of being busy/making excuses. i'm hoping the accountability part of this thing helps me to get back on track & stick w/ it.

I work at home and have a 5 year old. I lost 40 or so pounds over a year ago but i found it again (or it found me) and I have not been able to get back on track. I want to feel thin again, I have tasted size 8 and I want it backkkkk!
