Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

Profile: This is a team for people new to PT. We will give you all the help you need to get started quickly. Please introduce yourself when you join, and read some of the community threads in the team which contain helpful information.

A 20 year old student not-so-ready to start her fourth year of university in a couple of months. I put on a little more than the freshman 15 when I started college and I want it all off by the time I graduate! For the summer, I'm working part time on campus and doing lots of travelling, having fun while I still can. The biggest obstacle for me is my love of sitting around on my butt for hours playing video games.


I'm divorced, rather recently, so being so much overweight doesn't help my social life...what social life? I work at a desk, which doesn't help much either. By the time I get home I'm exhausted. Even a 10 min walk seems like too much some days, but I am ready to do SOMETHING.


I'm currently a student at South Dakota State University. I graduated last year with my B.S. in Biological Sciences and have returned again this year for my Micribiology degree.
