Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

Recently got married and have a three year old step-son - dieting is a whole different ballgame when you feeding a family and not just cooking for yourself!


I'm a vegetarian, and I eat pretty healthfully, but I just occasionally eat too much sometimes. I need motivation to workout - although I used to be in great shape, that's not the case anymore, and I don't workout nearly enough. Oh, and I just quit smoking.
