hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

I'm a 43 year old man, married, with 2 kids, I've been 70-100 lbs overweight since my twenties. I grew up fat. Polish parents that encouraged over-eating. Always had rich, heavy foods, three starches a meal, and potato chips and ice cream were in the house in abundance all the time.
My name is Jessica and I am a 27 year old from Florida. I lost 40 pounds on weightwatchers about 2 years ago. I did not reach my goal of 60 pounds back then. In the last few months I have put back on about 10 pounds. I am ready to lose all of it.
