I'm a vegetarian, and I eat pretty healthfully, but I just occasionally eat too much sometimes. I need motivation to workout - although I used to be in great shape, that's not the case anymore, and I don't workout nearly enough. Oh, and I just quit smoking.
I am a 53 year old mother of two adult children and weigh 186 lbs. I had the vertical gastric sleeve weight loss surgery last May and have lost 40 lbs. I have 50 more to go. I have been very stuck and not loosing anything for months.
I've been working out pretty regularly (I even work at a gym so it's very practical) & have been eating well for months now & though I am stronger and have increased my endurance, the fat doesn't seem to let go. I weigh about the most I've ever weighed and have not lost more than a couple pounds for all of my efforts. I'm frustrated that it seems to be in vain. What am I not getting any slimmer?!?
