Goals: maintain our points everyday 18 POINTS. NO ExCUSES. I wouldl like anyone who joins to have the same points limit, in order for the comments and tips all to relate to us specifically.

Other Info: hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

I am a stay at home mom of 1. We moved to Toronto in January. I've been married just over 2 years. I am active in moms groups and make sure to walk daily. Before having my baby I worked for the Simcoe School Board with special needs children.


I am 50 plus and really struggling with weight loss just now.
