I am a computer systems administrator in Freeport and have lost 25 lbs. on a healthy diet plan but gained 20 lbs back over the last 1 1/2 years after I gave up my Gym membership (and unhealthy eating here and there of course) to workout by myself @ home to save money. My husband is encouraging but doesn't workout with me yet :) In the meantime, I'm pressing on and feel good to be working with the weights again along with the added Pilates and Cardio.
