I was reading one day about a man losing 400lbs. I woke up and it was on the cover of the Health and Vitality section. This guy, an obese former football player, who was facing death managed to get the motivation to lose 400lbs... and he did it. 100% motivation. No matter how much you weigh, if you are overweight there is something you can do about it now. Why wait until tomorrow to do something about it?
