I am 47, 5'3.5" I have four children, ages 14,12, 10, and 6. My husband runs and tries to eat healthy. .

I'm 49, and 5'-5" . Work as full time architect - crazy busy right now, but I can't complain! I work with my husband in home office, so it's easy to access the kitchen! (this is good and bad). I love to be outdoors and active, whether it be hiking, gardening, biking, kayaking, skiing..., although I don't tend to do any to the extreme, but would definintely do more if I could. I also love to cook and EAT!

My name is Julie and I am 53 years old, married, 5'5", have 2 girls (19,21). I work in high technology, work out of my house and travel a lot for work which can make staying on track tough. Tore my meniscus and have not yet had it repaired which limits some of my workout options but I need to stop using that as an excuse. My Prime 40-something weight was 138 when I was home during the day and kids were at school and I could work out several hours a day...those days are gone! I am a Lifetime member of Weight Watchers and was able to maintain my weight for the most part for the last decade except for a few exceptional time periods. First was when when I tore my ACL, which limited my exercise options. More recently, I changed jobs which has wreaked havoc on my exercise routine. Since exercise has been my saving grace, I need to do a better job of managing my eating now that getting in regular workouts is more challenging.

I am 55 years old, 5'1" and feel healthy. I have two girls, 14 and 18. I have a tendency to eat high fat foods and not exercise. I weighed between 103 and 110 before children and I'd love to get back to somewhere around that weight and exercise more regularly to stay healthy.
