Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

I am a stay at home mom of 5 children. I tend to take care of others all the time and not myself.





I'm a 22 year old female college student. I like Tinkerbell (the Disney pixie) and Metallica (the band). I have a horrible appetite (sometimes almost nonexistent, other times almost insatiable) and am maddeningly sensitive to smells and textures, which, combined, makes me an insanely picky eater.


I am a mother of 4 ages 11,10,9, 5 work part-time, part-timr college student(Masters Degree). I find I have littel time to et right or exercise. I really want to though and could use some pointers and encouragement. I succeeded in losing 20 lbs earlier this year but then took a new job and haven't had a set schedule since!
