I've always struggled with my weight. I have been seriously focusing on exercising and eating healthy. I've had 7 sessions with a personal trainer and feel like she's gotten me off to a good start with getting into shape and learing to weight lift properly. I've upped the cardio workouts to 4- 5 per week. so far, i can tell i've lost a few inches from abs, hips and thighs, but need to get alot more weight off. It is going very slowly. I've eliminated all alcohol and limit sweets, chips, dips, etc. People comment about my will-power but i can't say i've seen great results on the scale.

I'm an 18-yr student , hoping to lose the flab and weight that have been following me for years n to look and feel better bout myself.

i was on weight watchers for 3 yrs but couldn't get past 150. now i go to Fitness Together. train 3xs a wk, boosted up my cardio from walking 3xs a wk to jogging 4xs a wk for 40 mins. i also keep a food log, & the past 2wks i cut out candy & chips. i feel great, i am stronger, but i am NOT THINNER!
