The expectation for participants in this group is to use the comments feature to post daily accountability reports, and to discuss concepts of interest from the Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck. It's up to you how to structure your daily reports, but some suggested elements are summarizing your day, discussing any challenges and how you responded, describing any sabotaging thoughts (STs) that got in your way and how you countered them, and also let us know your current goals as they change (e.g., drink more water, eat more veggies, exercise goals etc.)
