Hey. I'm a 24 year old who lives and works in downtown Chicago. I hate to cook so I end up eating terrible meals. I would like to be in better shape so I feel healther and better about my body. I don't have too much weight to lose, just a little so I can feel better.
I'm 40 and a wine enthusiast with a little over 300 bottles in my collection. For several years in college and grad school, as well as into the working career, my weight was controlled in part by an inflammatory bowel disease. I was usually 140 to 150 pounds. Well, when we figured out that caffeine was the cause of that mess, I eliminated the caffeine. My weight slowly crept up over the last 10 years. I'm now 198 pounds and would like to get down to 170 or even a bit less. Wine is a passion for me, so I can't see eliminating it from my dinners.
Photography, music and new technology are my hobbies! =D Sports? Tennis and handball, I love to watch and play..! Right now I'm in my final exams of 1st year of college.. Eversince I stopped playing handball (I trained 3 times/week, with 1h30 each training.. and handball trainings are very physical) I started gaining weight.. Right now I'm about 6"2' and I weight then 245lbs! My final goal is to reach maybe 180lbs...Thought I think I'm going to do this smaller goal by goal.. :)
I'm a 23yr old SAHM to a 3 month old. I'm just starting to get serious about weightloss.
