41, married with 2 kids I hope to see group up and marry. I am looking to drop weight and get back into a regular workout schedule, boosting my energy and self-esteem.
I'm 26 and have been married for one year. I have no kids but I do have a chocolate lab named Bob. I teach history and coach football.
Photography, music and new technology are my hobbies! =D Sports? Tennis and handball, I love to watch and play..! Right now I'm in my final exams of 1st year of college.. Eversince I stopped playing handball (I trained 3 times/week, with 1h30 each training.. and handball trainings are very physical) I started gaining weight.. Right now I'm about 6"2' and I weight then 245lbs! My final goal is to reach maybe 180lbs...Thought I think I'm going to do this smaller goal by goal.. :)
I'm a 29 man, working full time. I never really had any weight problem. I use to walk to the University every day, but now, i'm working full time and not really having a really active life. I've gain some weight and I'm not used to seeing my body like that. My first language is french, but that has nothing to do with fitness, does it?
