I'm a 48 yr old mother of 2(hs and ms). I want to lose 10 lbs that i put on and can't fit in my clothes.
I have too much time on my hands and can't think of anything i want to do that doesn't feel like 'killing' time.
I keep trying things, not getting results and giving in to extra food. I need some one to be accountable to and weigh once or twice a week.
