I always want to saty fit and feel good. That wonderful feeling you get after a long run or hard workout. A gift to yourself after a challenging yoga class or feeling good because you mediated for 2minutes more this time. I enjoy all activities and would like to keep that vibe going with others.

Relaxed,multi-tasker work alot so I feel exercise releases alot of unwanted energy. I love nature, I try to stay connected to it as much as possible. So I love staying healthy out doors. Swimming,running,kyaking, ect.
