I am 44 and live in New Zealand. I am a computer engineer that has had a very sedentary lifestyle overthe past few years. My weight is now 93kg(205lbs) at 5'9".
I have been exercising regularily for the past month and trying to control my food intake, but don't seem to be dropping weight. However I have noticed an icrease in stamina and strength.
I invite like minded 40+ males that feel they are in the same boat. Perhaps we can offer each other peer support and advice on what has worked best.
