I'm 24 and I've been out of college now for 2 years. I was a competitive collegiate volleyball player. I have always loved to workout, but you know how the real world hits you and there just seems to be no time and your commitment just flys out the door. I still play beach volleyball, a little indoor and I try to run when possible. I would like to improve and become an athlete again.
