I am a 46 year old woman who's had a weight problem most of my life. I successfully lost and kept off 50 pounds with some good psychotherapy, but I need to focus more on weight loss now that I'm in my mid-40's, when weight is so much easier to gain and harder to lose. I am in flux careerwise, having gone back to school a few years ago, and graduated in 2002. Pathetically still trying to figure out what to do with my life although I have a decent job at Harvard University, where I work , and have worked in the healthcare industry for 23 years!





I'm a 23 year old female who owns a web startup. Thus I spend about 16 hours a day in front of a computer, although I try to jog for a half hour a day. I've always been overweight. I've gotten down to a healthy weight several times by following every diet imaginable and excercizing.


I just graduated from college, and am back home for the summer to earn some money before moving to the Big Apple in the fall. I'm hoping to break into acting, and need to trim up a little.
