I am 26 and a single mom of two boys that are 4 and 6. I work as a mobile pet groomer 10 hours a day 5 days a week. I have bounced around with my weight and I really would like to make an all around life style change. At my highest weight I was 208 I lost about 40 pounds and now Im up to 191!!! I feel awful and I its hard to find the motivation and a stable routine to help keep the weight off and get me where I want to be. I think a buddy system would work, at least i hope.
