late 30's, single, busy professional woman, travel with work
I am a teacher, so the summer provides me with lots of time for exercising and being "good". I am currently in physical therapy for my knees and my back, so I'm kind of limited but I want to swim or walk everyday.
I am a 25yr old professional Administrative assistant. 5ft, 220lbs. I'm engaged to the sweetest guy ever and want to be at my healthiest for not only myself but him as well. I've refused to set a wedding date until I drop atleast 60lbs and I just want to get moving on it quickly. 2 years ago I went on Metabolife356 with ephedra and I had lost 75 pounds, but since then I have gained it all back. I want to get back to my thinner frame. I joined weight watchers and also joined a gym in March- I work out atleast 4-5 days a week and just need some motivation from friends who are going through the same thing or have already gone through it. I am always willing to listen to any advice or tips. Thanks!
