I am a 28 year old Marketing Assistant for an Engineering Firm. I am just finishing up getting my BA in Business Marketing. Last year I was able to loose 15 pounds however due to some stress that I dealed with by eating I have gained that back plus a few. .
I'm 28 years old and have consistantly gained weight since the 3rd grade-yet to be taken off! I've gained 100 lbs since high school and enough is enough!!! I know WHAT to do, I know HOW to do it, but I only manage to actually DO it for a short period of time. I need motivation, tips and success stories from people in similar situations. I've tried and failed many times over the years, so perhaps THIS was my missing link :)
I've always struggled with maintaining my weight. I'm an emotional eater and munch when I'm bored..munch when I'm stressed..munch when I'm happy. I've got my last 6lbs to lose so I've added regular exercise to help me reach my Goal.
