I work and go to school full time. Generally I like to stay active- however with my hectic schedule I tend to not make the time to work out throughout the week. This has had a boomerang affect as I have realized that despite trying to save my energy by not working out- I actually have less energy because I am not working out.


I'm 21, 5'5" and I currently weigh 176 pounds. I've been keeping up a light exercise regime since the beginning of January and have lost 12 pounds.


i'm 25, 5'4" and 170lbs. i love being outdoors, hiking and camping in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. i'm also a roller girl, so LOTS of hard practices are in my future.


29 grad student, want to lose weight i gained while with my ex. Have lost about 20 lbs so far, but want to lose another 50 or so. Would like to walk to the Marine Corps Marathon 10K this October
