34 yr old single mom of 4 kids. I am currently an LPN with intentions of going back to school to become an RN.

I am a 35 year old mother of 1 child age 10. I have always been active to some degree but started doing weights last year after reading bfl. I want to be firm not flabby and I want to see shoulder definition. I don't want to feel like the pilsbury dough boy!!

I have a great husband, married 8 years, two adorable sons- 5 and 3, one giant black lab/ shepherd. We just moved into our brand new dream house in a new neighborhood so I'm adjusting to making new friends. I am also a youth pastor and love working with teenagers.
