Strawberry Coconut Muffin
Ingredients
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 1 Tbl coconut, slivered
• 1 tsp splenda (optional)
• ¼ cup strawberries
• 2 tsp almonds, ground
• 4½ Tbls protein powder, strawberry
• 3½ Tbls oatmeal, ground
Preparation:
For a muffin, add 1/2 cup water, mix
and microwave without lid for about 2
minutes. Let cool
For a warm cereal, add 1/2 cup
warm water and eat with a spoon
