• ½ cup lettuce, romaine
• 2 tsp mustard
• 1 tsp oil, safflower
• ¼ cup onion
• ¼ medium tomato
• ¾ oz cheese, non-fatside.
• ½ cup cucumber
Spices / Flavoring
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp dried dill
Side Dish
• ¼ cup grapes
• 2 high fiber crackers
Preparation:
Set crackers and grapes aside. Open lettuce, layer remaining ingredients and roll into a wrap.
Enjoy with crackers and grapes on side.

Why is the fiber lower than what the nutritional information says?
Weight Watchers modified the point system plan, where you can only count 4 grams of fiber for any food item, and the rest is ignored. This modification was because people were abusing it and eating high fiber foods in order to make the points seem lower.
