Chocolate Cherry Muffin
Ingredients
• 5 Tbls protein powder, chocolate
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp splenda (optional)
• 3 tsp almonds, ground
• 3 Tbls oatmeal, ground
• 3 tsp cherries, dried
• ½ tsp cocoa, unsweetened
Preparation:
For a muffin, add 1/2 cup water, mix
and microwave without lid for about 2
minutes. Let cool
For a warm cereal, add 1/2 cup
warm water and eat with a spoon
