Ingredients
• 4½ Tbls protein powder, chocolate
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp splenda (optional)
• 1 tsp coffee
• 2½ tsp almonds, ground
• 4 Tbls oatmeal, ground
• ½ tsp cocoa, unsweetened
Preparation:
For a muffin, add 1/2 cup water, mix
and microwave without lid for about 2
minutes. Let cool
For a warm cereal, add 1/2 cup
warm water and eat with a spoon
