Chicken Ceasar Salad
Ingredients
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ½ cup lettuce, romaine
• 1 tsp mustard, dijon
• ½ tsp oil, olive
• ¼ medium tomato
• 2 tsp vinegar, red wine
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp garlic
• ¼ tsp salt, lite
• 1 slice bread (rye, pumpernickel,
flourless)
• 2 tsp parmesan cheese
• 2 oz chicken, broiled
• ½ slice onion, red
Spices / Flavoring
• ½ tsp lawry's salt free 17
Side Dish
• ¼ cup grapes
Preparation:
Set grapes aside.
Cut bread into crouton-sized pieces
and toss with Lawry's seasoning.
Bake in 300 degree oven until bread
becomes hard. Set aside.
Make the dressing by combining
garlic, salt, oil, vinegar, mustard,
worcestire sauce, and lemon juice.
Dice vegetables and toss with
chicken, lettuce, dressing and
parmesan cheese.
Enjoy with grapes on the side!
