Ingredients
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp splenda (optional)
• ½ tsp oil, high oleic safflower
• ¼ cup strawberries
• 4½ Tbls protein powder, strawberry
• 2 Tbls ground coconut
• 10 Tbls yogurt, nonfat-plain
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Serve chilled
Tip:For a cool desert put in freezer
for about 1 to 2 hours
