• 1¼ tsp oil, safflower
• 5 Tbls protein powder, vanilla
• 2½ Tbls all bran cereal
• ½ cup blueberries
• ½ cup strawberries
• ½ cup raspberries
Spices / Flavoring
• 1 tsp splenda (optional)
Preparation:
Add several ice cubes, 1/2 cup water
and ingredients to blender and mix
well
Add additional ice and water if
needed
