Apple Cinnamon Bar
Ingredients
• 3 Tbls applesauce, unsweetened
• ½ medium apple
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 3 Tbls oatmeal, uncooked
• 1 tsp oil, safflower
• 1 Tbl protein powder, vanilla
• 5 egg whites
• 1 tsp splenda (optional)
Preparation:
Chop apple into small pieces
Mix uncooked oatmeal with
remaining ingredients
Spray baking dish with non-stick
cooking spray. Pour in mixture and
microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
Baking time may vary
Make sure it is thoroughly cooked
Let cool 2 to 3 minutes
