• ¼ tsp oil, safflower
• 4 Tbls protein powder, vanilla
• ½ Tbl walnuts, chopped
• 12 Tbls yogurt, lowfat-plain
• ½ cup strawberries
Spices / Flavoring
• 1 tsp splenda (optional)
Preparation:
Drain juice from thawed strawberries
Mix all ingredients together
Serve immediately or chilled
