Banana Shake
Ingredients
• ½ medium banana
• ½ tsp oil, safflower
• 4½ Tbls protein powder, vanilla
• 5 Tbls yogurt, lowfat-plain
• 2 tsp almonds, ground
Spices / Flavoring
• 1 tsp splenda (optional)
Preparation:
Add several ice cubes, 1/2 cup water
and ingredients to blender. Mix until
desired consistency
Add additional ice and water if
needed
