IngredientsPreparation:
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Tbl oatmeal, uncooked
• 1 tsp oil, safflower
• 5 Tbls protein powder, vanilla
• 2 Tbls yogurt, lowfat-plain
• ½ cup pear halves, lite canned
Preparation:
Cut pears into bite-sized pieces.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Mix welll and serve.
