Ingredients
• 3 Tbls applesauce, unsweetened
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 3 Tbls oatmeal, uncooked
• 1 Tbl protein powder, vanilla
• 5 egg whites
• 1 tsp oil, high oleic safflower
• ¼ cup blueberries
Preparation:
Drain juice from thawed blueberries.
Mix egg whites, uncooked oatmeal
and remaining ingredients together
Spray microwave safe bowl with
non-stick cooking spray and pour in
mixture. Microwave on high for 2 to
3
minutes. Baking time may vary
Make sure it is thoroughly cooked
Let cool 2 to 3 minutes
