Egg White Sandwich
Ingredients
• 1 slice bread (rye, pumpernickel,
flourless)
• 1 oz cheddar cheese, low-fat
• 4 egg whites
• 1 tsp oil, high oleic safflower
Spices / Flavoring
• ¼ tsp salt, lite
• ¼ tsp black pepper
Side Dish
• ½ medium orange
Preparation:
Cook egg whites in pan with oil.
Season with salt and pepper, as
desired.
Place on half of bread, grate cheese
on top and lay other half of bread on
top of that to make a sandwich.
Serve with oranges on the side.
