Italian Custard with Blueberries
Ingredients
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp oil, safflower
• 1 Tbl protein powder, vanilla
• 7 Tbls ricotta cheese, non-fat
• ½ cup blueberries
• 1 Tbl oatmeal, ground
• 3 Tbls yogurt, nonfat-plain
Spices / Flavoring
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
Drain juice from thawed blueberries
Mix all ingredients together
Sprinkle cinnamon on top
Serve immediately or chilled
